Insert the Gas Lift (P13) into the top of Star Base (P14 ). Place the Gas Lift Cover (P12 ) over the top of the Gas Lift (P13) as shown.

  • Page 7 Step 5 Backrest(P1) You will need (H2) Seat(P10) (H4) (H2) Right Angle Adjuster(P5) 4 x Short Allen Key (H4) Bolts(H2) (H2) (H2) Attach Backrest (P1) to Seat (P10) by aligning the holes as shown and securing the Right Angle Adjuster (P5) with 4 x Short Bolts (H2) by tightening with the Allen Key (H4).
  • Page 8 Step 7 Backrest (P1) You will need Right Angle Adjuster Cover (P6) Seat (P10) (H3) 4 x Small Allen Key (H4) Bolts (H3) (H3) (H3) (H4) (H3) Right Angle Adjuster (P5) Attach Right Angle Adjuster Cover (P6) to Right Angle Adjuster (P5) by aligning the holes and securing with 4 x Small Bolts (H3) by tightening with the Allen Key (H4).

    Step 9 Backrest (P1) Backrest (P1) Headrest Pillow (P2) Lumbar Pillow (P7) Attach the Lumbar Pillow (P7) to the chair as shown by threading the longer end of the elastic bands on the Lumbar Pillow (P7) between the bottom of the Backrest (P1) and Seat (P10), through to the back of the chair.
