Pressure regulating function
This is obtained by means of a servo pressure regulator.

The servo pressure regulator also incorporates an electrical modulating device. It is possible to
fine adjust the maximum and minimum outlet pressure (see SETTINGS AND ADJUSTMENTS
clause).

INSTALLATION

845 SIGMA complies with current safety standards. Nevertheless, its installation in appliances must
be verified in accordance with the specific standards for each installation.
In particular it is necessary to ensure that the requirements relating to the class of flame failure
device, automatic shut-off valve and pressure regulator are complied with.
WARNING
CONDENSATION, FORMATION OF ICE AND INGRESS OF WATER ON
THE GAS VALVE ARE NOT PERMITTED.
WARNING
SIT 845 SIGMA MUST bE USED SO THAT THERE CAN bE NO GAS
DEMAND IF THERE IS NO AIR FLOW.
WARNING
THE INSTALLATION SHOULD AVOID THE POSSIbILITy OF
DISCONNECTION OR CLOGGING OF THE AIR SIGNAL LINE.
All the installation, setting and adjustment operations must be carried out exclusively by qualified
personnel and on the basis of the specific characteristics of the user appliance and following the
instructions given in this booklet.
All other operations are absolutely forbidden.
WARNING
It is necessary to insert the plastic cap of the modulator "E" (*) following the
instructions in "SETTINGS AND ADJUSTMENTS" paragraph at page. 9 and 10.
(*) - Some codes of valve SIT 845 contain the plastic cap of the modulator "E"
inside the box of the valve.
- Some codes of valve SIT 845 do not contain the plastic cap of the modulator
"E" inside the box of the valve. In this case the plastic cap of the modulator
"E" must be purchased separately (SIT code 0.954.151).
