TROUBLESHOOTING

Malfunction
The app cannot be installed.
A 2LINK box cannot be
found.
The connection to the the
2LINK box has failed.
No ATC status can be dis-
played.

The smartphone is not
compatible.
2LINK box has no voltage
supply.
2LINK box connected to a
different smartphone.
Incorrect password ente-
red.
The ATC is switched off.
The cabling to the ATC is
defective.
The ATC software is not
up to date.
Solution
Requirements for the smartphone
Apple iphone 4S with iOS9.0 or hig-
her
Android from version 4.2
Ask your smartphone supplier if you re-
quire further assistance.
Ensure that the 2LINK box has a voltage
supply.
When driving using the ATC.
For stationary use using the
caravan's internal 12 V supply.
Ensure that no other smartphone is con-
nected to the 2LINK box.
Only one smartphone may be
connected to the 2LINK box at
any one time.
Enter the correct password.
The master password on the front page
of this manual is always valid. If you are
unable to find the password, contact the
AL-KO After-Sales Service team.
Ensure that the ATC is working.
Refer to the ATC operating manual for
further information.
Have the cabling checked by a specialist
workshop.
Ensure that
the serial number ≥ 2016181022
the ATC is programmed with the la-
test software
