Ower supply
The control requires 3 x 400 V. Connect the power
supply GS1 to terminal 10X1 in accordance with
the lettering on L1, L2, and L3. Connect the
earthed conductor to terminal 10X3:3-7. Observe the wir-
ing diagram!
The STO function (Safe Torque Off) enables the torque on
the drives to be shut off safely.
The machine is designed for a passive safety module.
This means that the energized outputs (-10X3:4/5) must
be connected to the inputs (-10X3:6/7) via the zero-poten-
tial contacts on the safety module.
Safe stop 1 (SS1) is possible with a time-delayed safe-
ty module. For this to occur, the emergency stop signal
(-10X3:3) must be interrupted immediately by the passive
safety module. The STO signals are interrupted with a
time delay. The delay time must be set up for the specific
usage.
Example of usage:
The control must be connected by a qualified and author-
ised person in accordance with the local regulations.
The control (24 V) is connected to the terminal 10X3:1/2 in
accordance with the diagram on page 10.
