NMEA 2000 GATEWAY ASSEMBLY NOTE: The Gateway will not provide the operating power for devices on the NMEA 2000 network. The NMEA 2000 network will require its own power source. The NMEA power input should be switched and have appropriate circuit protection.

NMEA 2000 GATEWAY ASSEMBLY Connect the NMEA 2000 harness connector to the existing NMEA 2000 network. SmartCraft junction box Gateway module Existing NMEA 2000 network Chart plotter, GPS, radar, etc. Termination resistor NMEA 2000 power input harness (obtain from local source)

Gateway module is not connected to the NMEA bus. Check the connections on the NMEA bus accordingly. Power is not present at the NMEA 2000 harness connector. Gateway module is not connected to the NMEA and CAN bus. Check the connections on both sides accordingly.
