Using a Headset with Your Phone Controlling Your Phone with Polycom Desktop Connector The Polycom Desktop Connector (PDC) enables you to use your computer mouse and keyboard to navigate and enter information on your phone. The PDC is compatible with any language your phone and computer supports. Contact your system administrator to find out if your phone supports the PDC.
Procedure 1 On your computer, select Start > Polycom > Polycom Desktop Connector. The PDC icon displays as an active program on your taskbar. 2 On your phone, go to Settings > Basic > PDC Configuration. 3 On the PDC Configuration screen, set the Status field to Enabled and select Save.
The PDC icon turns red, indicating that you successfully enabled the PDC program.
