Remove the headless
setscrew of the
belt section locking
mechanism.
3.
Pull the belt section up
and off.
4.
Remove the covers from
the drive heads.
5.
Remove the cover
sheets from the chain
tensioners.
6.
Loosen the chain
tensioners.
7.
Slacken the chain as
much as possible.
8.
Re-tighten the chain
tensioners.
Chain tensioner under extreme tension
Risk of crushing due to unintentionally loosening the fastening bolts.
Make sure the chain tensioner remains tensioned during assembly and cannot
loosen unintentionally.
