General The Protekt® Aire 4000DX/5000DX system is designed for prevention, treatment and management of pressure ulcers. The Protekt® Aire 4000DX/5000DX pump is a smart pump simple to operate and easy to use, constantly providing pressure redistribution and support to patients. -

OPERATION NOTE: Always read the operating instructions before use. General This product is designed to provide maximum comfort to patients. CPR function When there is an emergency requirement to perform CPR on the patient, pull the CPR strap at the head section of the mattress to release the air quickly from the mattress. The CPR straps are located at the front right-hand side of the mattress. Weight/Pressure set up Users can adjust air mattress to a desired firmness according to patient’s weight or the suggestion from a health care professional. -

CLEANING In this section, we describe the procedures to clean and decontaminate the pump. It is important to follow these procedures before using the system again. The cleaning task is required at least once a week to maintain personal hygiene. Pump Unit DO NOT immerse or soak the pump in any water or fluids. -
