The Appendix of this instruction manual also provides pertinent drawings and component literature.

    Corporation System Description General The AirSep Corporation PSA Oxygen Generator is a self-contained unit that uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to produce oxygen on site. The PSA process extracts oxygen from ambient air to deliver product oxygen continuously to an application that requires feed oxygen.

    Corporation 5.0 Installation Handling and Unpacking AirSep Corporation ships the oxygen generator in a heavy-duty cardboard carton with two cutout carrying handles. The unit’s size and weight allow easy transport by manual lifting; however, the enclosure does not provide handles or wheels because it is intended for stationary operation.

    The ball in the flowmeter should rise and the oxygen pressure gauge should register 62 kPa (9 psig) for Topaz and 138 kPa (20 psig) for Topaz+ and Topaz Ultra. If this does not occur, contact the AirSep Commercial Products Service Department.
