Faults and Error Codes

• A feedback signal is different than what is expected.
• An input signal is Out of Range.
• The voltage bus on the ACU is bad.
1. Attempt to perform Service Test Cycle on
diagnose a door switch problem.
2. If the cycle starts, perform
as needed, try to run a cycle.
3. If the heater and the door switch diagnostics did not resolve the failure, perform
a possible moisture sensor circuit issue. Replace parts as needed, and try to run a cycle.
4. If fault code is still present after all diagnostics, replace ACU.
• Over Current
• DC Bus Over/Under Voltage
• Locked Rotor
• Motor Inverter Over Temperature
• Drum Motor Overheating
• Drum Motor MCU Failure
• Phase on Drum Motor Lost
• Other Drum Motor Failures
• Perform Test #1 to diagnose if the ACU is at fault.
• Perform Test #3 to diagnose the motor circuit to verify the failure of the motor.
• Perform Test #4b to diagnose the Thermostat Circuit.
• Perform Test #4b to diagnose the Thermostat Circuit.
