When I turn on the Pulsebit EX now upon going into the HeartCheck to manually monitor with thumb and hand it doesnt allow me to do this now. The display shows a screen (picture) of the pulsebit with a cable and underneath it its text is: ECG length setting: 5 min, cable is required.
I do not want to use the cable but I cant get it to display the usual prompt for placing my thumb and hand for the ECG display.

You can manually monitor your heart using the Viatom Pulsebit EX PB-20 without a cable by following these steps:
1. Hold the Device Properly: Place your hands on a stable surface to stay relaxed. Hold the device so that your fingers or palms make contact with the electrodes. 2. Stay Still: Avoid movement to ensure a stable ECG reading. 3. Start the Measurement: Follow the device instructions to begin recording. The ECG duration can be set to 30 seconds, 60 seconds, or 5 minutes. 4. Review the Results: After the measurement, view the results directly on the device screen. 5. Save or Sync Data: You can store recordings on the device or sync them with the ViHealth app via Bluetooth for further analysis.
This method does not require additional cables or electrode attachments.
