PRECAUTIONS
Prevention of damage to the set
1. Do not leave this unit in direct sunlight or in
extremely hot (above 60°C) or humid places or
in closed automobiles in the sun.
2. Exhausted batteries in the unit may cause
damage.
When the unit is not to be used for more than 2
weeks, remove the batteries.
3. Use a cloth soaked in soapsuds for cleaning.
Never use benzine or thinner as these will
damage the cabinet.
Prevention of Electric Shock and Fire Hazards
1. Be sure to unplug the power cord from the
outlet when going out or when the unit is not
in use for an extended period of time.
2. Do not handle the power cord with wet
hands!
3. When unplugging from the wall outlet, always
grasp and pull the plug, not the power cord.

PRECAUCIONES
Prevencion de danos a la unidad y el cassette
1. No dejar esta unidad bajo la luz solar directa o en lugares
de mucho calor y humedad (sobre 60°C) o dentro de un
automdvil cerrado bajo el sol.
2. Si se dejan baterfas gastadas dentro de la unidad pueden
causar aven'as a la misma. Sacar las baten'as cuando no se
use la unidad por mas de 2 semanas.
3. Usar solo un pano empapado con detergente para limpiar
el gabinete; nunca usar bencina o diluyente.
Prevencion de golpes electricos y peligros de incendio
1. Asegurarse de desenchufar el cordon de corriente del
tomacorriente cuando no se use la unidad por un
pen'odo largo de tiempo.
2. No tomar el cordon de corriente con las manos
humedas.
3. Cuando
desenchufe
la
sujetar el enchufe mismo y no el cord6n.
