The Bushnell Golf Phantom 2 may not hold a charge for 18 holes or charge fully after 36 hours due to several possible reasons:

1. Battery Aging: All rechargeable batteries lose their effective charge capacity over time.
2. External Factors: Temperature and other environmental conditions can reduce battery performance.
3. Improper Charging: If the USB cable or charger is not working properly or not connected securely, it may not charge fully.
4. Device Malfunction: There may be a fault in the device or battery affecting charging or power retention.

To check battery status, select “Battery” from the SETTINGS menu.

The Bushnell GOLF Phantom 2 may not turn on even if the charging circle indicates 75% charged because the power button must be pressed and held until the screen lights up. If this is not done correctly, the device will not power on.
