DISCONNECT CORD: Always disconnects cord at wall plug before removing the heating unit, filling, cleaning, or when not in use. IMPORTANT: The heating unit will not operate unless the plug has been disconnected from electrical outlet for about 1-2 minutes prior to reconnecting.
  • Page 3 INHALANT STEAM ACTIVATED: For Fig.3 best results, fill the medicine cup on the cap (located in front of the steam outlet vents) with KAZ INHALANT OR VICKS VAPOSTEAM. DO NOT pour any brand of medicine into the reservoir water – it will dam- age the unit and void our guarantee.

Remove heating unit, letting all water drain back into the container. Do not attempt to disassemble the heating unit. Doing so could damage the vaporizer or cause per- sonal injury, and will void our warranty.
  • Page 5 V-188UK_OM.qx 11/2/06 4:20 PM Page 4 Trouble Shooting IMPORTANT: The vaporizer is equipped with a safety mechanism that requires that the cord be unplugged for about 1-to-2 minutes prior to it being reconnected. If the heating unit is removed from the water reservoir while in operation, it will quickly shut down. Note that the nightlight is illuminated only when the unit is operating.
