how to put on the wheels
How do you separate the actual shredding unit from the basket? The shredding unit doesn’t want to go into shredding mode so I wanted to take a look inside to see what wrong.
The Fellowes Powershred 12C has a removable bin for disposing of shredded waste. To separate the shredding unit from the basket, pull out the 19-liter bin from the shredder base.

We want to return the Fellows Powershredder 12c back to AMAZON because its too big to fit under ourer desk even with out the castors on its still to big , but the problem were having is we cannot seperate the top from the main box so that we can box it back up to send to amazon . We have taken off the four castors and removed the front drawer which collects the cuttings but we cannot remove the top of the shredder from the main casing , so how can we remove the top from the main casing with marking or scratching anything. please do reply.
