    Activate all safety equipment and ON/OFF switch before start-up. Approach the device only when the entire system is switched off. Before initial start of the entire system, check that all tools and foreign objects have been removed. TAIFUN-CLEAN 014/015/016...

    Machine components which are earthed must not be located between the ioniser and the part to be cleaned or in the immediate vicinity of the ionisers. No additional components must be placed between ionisers and product surface (Ex- ception: electrically non-conductive or insulated slide or retaining elements if neces- sary).     The LV cables of the DC ionisers are connected to the power supply via screw connect- ors.     1. Remove the cover disc, if present, by loosening the screws. 2. Set the mounting tool TCK7 on the rotating nozzle. 3. Turn the mounting tool TCK7 in a clockwise direction, until the rotating nozzle is hand-tight. 4. If necessary, mount the cover disc again. TAIFUN-CLEAN 014/015/016...
