CAUTION:
Activity modification and proper rehabilitation are an essential part of a safe
treatment program. If any additional pain or other symptoms occur while using this device,
discontinue use and seek medical attention.
CAUTION:
The device will not prevent or reduce all injuries.
CAUTION:
Carefully read fitting instructions and warning prior to use. To ensure proper
performance of the brace, follow all instructions. Failure to properly position the brace and fasten
each strap will compromise performance and comfort.
INDICATIONS:
For sprains, strains and stable fractures of the lower leg and foot.
BEFORE USING THE DEVICE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY AND
CAREFULLY. CORRECT APPLICATION IS VITAL TO THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF THE DEVICE.
CARE AND CLEANING:
Hand wash the liner and straps with mild soap, air dry. Do not place liner or straps into a
mechanical dryer.
Wipe plastic parts with damp cloth as needed.
If any serious incident has occurred in relation to the device, report to Breg and the competent
authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is established.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:

Unfasten hook and loop straps and remove inner soft liner from boot.
Open the soft liner and place foot inside with the heel fitting snugly into the back portion of

the liner. Fasten and wrap foot flaps then the leg portion of the liner. Ensure liner is snug but
not constrictive.

Tall boot –
Leave strut pull tabs intact.

Gently spread the side struts and place the lower leg into the brace. The ankle should be
centered at the struts with the foot and ankle at 90°.
Tall boot –
Once aligned correctly, remove the pull tabs and gently push the struts

toward the liner to engage the hook and loop on the walker liner.
Fasten the hook and loop straps beginning at the toe then moving up the leg. Do not

overtighten. As swelling pattern changes throughout the day due to activities, rest, etc., it may
be necessary to adjust the straps for comfort.
To remove, simply unfasten the straps without removing them completely from the assembled
walker. Unfasten the soft good liner and gently bring the foot and ankle forward and out of the

walker.
To reapply, place the foot and ankle into the liner and reattach the hook and loop straps (As per
Fig. 5).
