- Page 3 2. A) Lubricate the rubber seat ring with mineral oil. tom out against the suction inlet. Tighten with a wrench. Take care not to pinch the o-ring. With a 3/4” socket or piece of 3/4” PVC pipe, press ceramic seat firmly and squarely into the seal cavity.
