REMOVE THE DAMAGED SLOT-IN/DC MODULE First, we’ll disconnect the DC module. 1. Grab your electric screwdriver and attach the PH2 bit. 2. Remove the left-side handle bar and cup via the eight (8) cabinet screws. Heads Up! The four (4) screws attaching the handle bar to the cup will be slightly longer than the remaining four (4) screws.

Then, we’ll disconnect the DC module from the battery slot. 1. Grab your stubby screwdriver with the PH1 bit, and unscrew the two (2) screws connecting the DC module to the battery slot in. Careful not to strip the screws. 2.

INSERT THE NEW DC MODULE 1. Feed the DC module through the hole in the battery slot-in. 2. Connect the DC module Molex to the same place on the PCBA. 3. Using the cable tie, bundle the cables back together. 4.

RE-ATTACH THE HANDLE 1. Place the cup and handle bar back into the slot. 2. Using your electric screwdriver with the PH2 bit, replace the eight (8) screws and reattach the handle to the cabinet. Remember to use the 4 longer screws when attaching the handle bar.
