  • Page 5 INSTRUCTIONS THE BASE Parts Needed: A/B-(2), C, D, E, F, G, H, I, #1-(14), #2-(4), #3-(4), #6-(5), #12-(18), #13-(27), #16-(8), #18-(2), #20-(2), Phillips Screwdriver (not included) Lay the Left (D) and Right (E) Panels down and line up the 2 Sliders (#20) with the predrilled holes as shown.

  • Page 6: Attach Base To Table Top

    INSTRUCTIONS Place Right Panel (E) on top of the Plugs (#16) in Partition Panels (A/B), and align 4 Cam Bolts (#12) on Right Panel (E) to the holes on side edge of Back Panel (C). Once aligned, twist Cam Locks (#13) in a clockwise position. Attach the Bottom Panel (H) to Left (D) and Right (E) Panels as shown using 4 Screws (#3) and a Screwdriver.
  • Page 7 INSTRUCTIONS Install 3 Casters (#10) to Bottom Panel (H) with 12 Screws (#1) and a Screwdriver. Install 2 Casters (#11) to Right Side Panel (I) using 2 Screws (#5). Screw 2 Locking Casters (#9) clockwise into Support Beams (K1/K2). Use 12 Screws (#1) and a Screwdriver to fasten the two Support Beams (K1/K2) to the 6 predrilled holes in each Left Panel (D)
