NOTE: Before any operation, test the seals by pressing the manual button once BEFORE the water valve is opened. Adjust seals if
necessary.
5.3.
MANUAL OPERATION
5.3.1.
Turn on mains power (fig.3) and air supply. Depress Emergency Safety switch on far side of the unit.
5.3.2.
Pressurise water container and open water inlet valve on air connection fitting (fig.4).
5.3.3.
Check air pressure regulator is set to 2 bar (initial setting) (fig.3).
5.3.4.
With the Manual button lit (fig.2.1), press and hold it in for a short time. This will open the air valve and push air and liquid through the
DPF. Allow air pressure to restore to the set value before repeating operation.
5.4.
AUTOMATIC OPERATION
5.4.1.
Follow steps 5.3.1, 5.3.2, 5.3.3.
5.4.2.
Set timer control (fig.2.3, fig.5) to operate timing and frequency of operation. The top dial controls the valve open time and measured
in seconds while the lower dial sets valve close time and is measured in minutes. When rinsing with water it is recommended to set
open time to 0.1sec and close time to 0.1min and when air drying set open to 0.3sec and close to 0.3min. Users may adjust these
settings accordingly.
5.4.3.
Press Auto button (fig.2.4) and the machine will function to times set (5.4.2).
NOTE: During operation it will be necessary to re-pressurize the water container as pressure is released.
NOTE: Depending on performance, it may be necessary to increase air pressure (suggest maximum of 4 bar fig.3) and to increase
opening and closing times of air inlet solenoid (5.4.2).
6. MAINTENANCE
6.1.
Regularly check and inspect all hoses and electrical connections. Replace if necessary.
6.2.
Clean down / rinse machine after use with clean fresh water.
