Dose memory inactive or battery flat
Battery is flat or the dose memory has not been activated
What to do?
Pull out the dose button, then push it back in to show the details of your last dose. If the display
stays blank, the battery is flat.
Contact your supplier to get a new pen. You can still use your pen for insulin delivery until you get
a new one. See page 32 for warranty information.
The dose memory will be activated when you use your NovoPen® 6 for the first time.
