only, install the nuts on the laminated side of the board. Attach head and foot boards to the front face of the vertical bracket legs using provided screws. Tighten all hardware. Install mattress stoppers. Your bed is ready for use. When the bed is positioned perpendicular to a wall, spacing is automatically maintained between the wall and the bed to prevent damage to the bed or walls during raising and lowering of the bed. -
