Earphone Jack
• Remove the piotective cover from the earphone jack
• Insert tl1e audio accessory wjth 2.5 mm plug into the
еагрl1011е jack. Audio will Ье muted in the speaker
1nicrophone and routed to
CAUTION: to 1naintain the environmental seal, replace
tl1e protective cover when tbe plug is not in use.
Volume Control Button
• Push the volume control button to high or low as required for
your application. The "IN" position is high output and
"OUT" position is low output.
Antenna:
The speakeг microphone assemЫy will perfonn best when wom
above the shoulder. Microphone distance approximately
4" from face. F or best reception and transmission results, this
SP/Mic should Ье worn on ап epaulette as vertical as possiЫe.
Do not transmit while this speaker mic is wom with the cord
over the shoulder апd the antenna pointing to the ground, oi­
with the antenna against your body. Nor should you tгansmit
using this speaker mic while it is lapel wom with the antenna
against your chest. When hand held during transmissioп, hold
the speaker mic at least 4 inches away from your face.
