 Ensure that the engaged chain has not suffered extremely decreased rigidity.
Should any of the above occur, stop use immediately. Contact your distributor for
replacement with a new ZCA. Your ZCA has reached the end of its service life.
 Turn on the power and return the ZCA to normal operation

 Check for damage unrelated to the ZIP CHAIN (every 6 months)
Follow the instruction below.
 Remove all loads
 Stop the equipment and perform lock-out-tag-out safety measures
 Shut off the power source and ensure that power cannot be turned on accidentally
 Check the following unrelated to ZIP CHAIN
I. Check the end fitting bracket for cracks, distortion, rust, etc.
II. Check the drive unit for cracks, distortion, rust, etc.
III. Check the input shaft for cracks, distortion, rust, rotational problems, etc.
IV. Check the housing for cracks, distortion, etc.
Should any of the above occur, stop use immediately. Contact your distributor for
replacement with a new ZCA. Your ZCA has reached the end of its service life.
 Turn on the power and return the ZCA to normal operation
