How to obtain a new cloud account With its initial release, Lifesize Icon 700 will only work with our new cloud architecture. Please refer to this as the new Lifesize architecture, not by the internal name (Galaxy) which you may have heard.

Set up and activate your system If you encounter any connectivity issues or have firewall whitelisting in place, please contact Lifesize Support and we will assist with implementation. NOTE: This is a temporary pairing process for use to set up demo systems. There will be modifications to the process with the general availability of Lifesize Icon 700 systems.

Click Save. 5. Click Next. 6. You have completed the set up. Click Go to Admin Console to pair your system with Lifesize service. Be sure you are logged in with new cloud account. 7. You can associate the Lifesize Icon to an individual user or a conference room.
Use your system Lifesize Phone HD is the control device for your meeting space. With Lifesize Phone HD, you can manage audio, web and video conferencing, as well as share your screen, making it easier than ever to collaborate with colleagues and partners.

1. Sign in and click Video Systems. 2. Select the phone you want to customize by clicking the Lifesize Phone HD link in its row. You may select multiple phones by clicking the checkbox next to each name that is associated with a Lifesize Phone HD.

VMRs will be at 1080p resolution not 4K. • DO NOT make calls to or from users, room systems or VMRs in your existing Lifesize account or to other 3 party systems and services.

In January we will begin migrating partner and customer accounts to the new service. Once your account has been migrated to the new service, Lifesize Icon 700 will pair to that account along with all of your existing Icon systems and users. At that point Lifesize Icon 700 will operate without the restrictions highlighted above.
