    SAFETY Salety is all-important when working with machinery. Accidents happen when established salety practices have been overlooked. • Read and practice all safety points listed in this manual. salety is the I riMe responsibility 01 the operator. Read operating and loading instructions thoroughly. Review the Sale Towing Application Rating (S.T .A.A.) placard located on the headboard 01the deck, and become famDiar with the loads that your unit can salely transport.

    OPERATION • A. Controls The operating controls for the deck are conveniently located In the control box at the sides of the deck on both the driver's and passenger's side. All operators must be trained and understand the contents of the operator's manual before operating any controls.
  • Page 22 2. Roll Raise the rollback handle and the deck will slide back. Roll the deck rearward approximately 12 inches to clear the mechanical hold downs at the front of the frame. A decal is provided on the rubrail to aid in determining the amount to roll.

  • Page 29 F. Operation of the Wheel Lift Tow Bar (Option) The wheel lift tow bar allows a second vehicle 10be towed damage free on its own suspension by utilizing a wheel grid similar to the Jerr-Dan • HPL wheel lift. It may be purchased with or without the IRL (Independent Raise, Lower) feature.
