To fix the service light issue on your Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare 1025DS oxygen concentrator, follow these steps:

1. Check the Air Filter – A blocked air filter can cause the red "Service Required" light to turn on. If the filter is dirty, wash it according to the cleaning instructions.

2. Monitor Oxygen Purity – If the oxygen purity continues to fall, the yellow "Low Oxygen" light will turn off, and the red "Service" light will turn on. Allow the unit to run until the "Service Required" alarm activates. This process may take up to two hours.

3. Compressor Failure Check – If a compressor failure is suspected:
- Remove the rear cover (only if qualified).
- Disconnect the compressor electrical connector from the main wire harness.
- Plug the unit into the mains power and turn it on.
- Allow the unit to run until the "Service Required" alarm activates (about two minutes).

4. Check Power Supply – Ensure the power cord is properly connected to the outlet. If no lights are on, check the home circuit breaker and reset if necessary.

If the issue persists after these troubleshooting steps, contact your Drive DeVilbiss provider for further assistance.
