POSSIBLE CAUSE
•
Milk is warm or too hot
to foam.
•
Frothing disc is not
inserted correctly.
•
Frothing disc has
dislodged during
operation.
•
Ingredients have been
added too quickly.
•
Ingredients have been
added before milk has
warmed up.
•
Ingredients are too large.
WHAT TO DO
•
Use cold, fresh milk.
•
Do not re-foam already
heated milk.
•
Try reducing milk volume
in jug.
•
Ensure light is illuminated
and not flashing.
•
Try a different milk. Some
milks produce more froth
than others. Experiment with
different milk options and
frothing discs to achieve the
desired result.
•
Adding dense ingredients like
thick syrups, heavy powders
and large flakes can reduce
the amount of foam. This is
normal.
•
Ensure jug is correctly
positioned onto the power
base.
•
Press START/STOP button to
commence cycle.
•
Increase temperature by
turning the START | STOP dial
to the right.
•
Stop operation.
•
Remove liquid from jug.
•
Insert disc firmly into jug.
•
Refill jug with liquid.
•
Add ingredients (if desired)
slowly and in small quantities.
•
Allow the milk frother to stir
for a few seconds before
adding ingredients.
•
Ensure ingredients are in
small pieces.
•
Adjust temperature dial to suit
personal preference.
•
Always operate unit between
MIN and MAX level markings
inside jug.
•
To stop operation at any time,
press the START | STOP
button. Operation has stopped
once the button surround has
stopped flashing.
