HEAD EXHAUST MANIFOLD REPLACEMENT

To remove the exhaust manifold (1), unscrew the three screws (2); at the
moment of remounting, use Three bond 1215 paste and screw the screws
(2) with a tightening torque of 1,5 Nm (0,15 kgm, 1,11 ft/lb).

HEAD COOLING CONNECTION REMOVAL

Unscrew the screws (1) and remove the forks (2).
Remove the connection (3) and check the OR gasket (4), replace it if worn.
