Only the freezer mode was working the chiller mode was not working
@Amshith if i put chiller mode againg its working with freezer
The chiller mode on the Tecnodom Attila Series may not be working due to several reasons:
1. Room Probe or Condenser Probe Error (Er2 or Er3): Cables may be disconnected. Ensure all cables are properly inserted and secured in the terminal.
2. Evaporator Blocked with Ice: Ice buildup may block airflow. Leave the door open for at least 15 minutes to melt the ice.
3. Overloaded Trays or Grills: Excess product may impact cooling. Reduce the load.
4. Internal Fan Not Spinning: If the fan is not working, contact assistance.
5. High Room Temperature or Humidity: Environmental conditions can affect performance. Contact assistance if the room is too hot or humid.
6. Door Not Properly Closed: If the door is open, the unit may not function correctly. Ensure the door is shut tightly.
If these checks do not resolve the issue, contact technical assistance.
