How I can connect the Gigaset SX353 ISDN with an mobile phone via Bluetooth
At the Gigaset SX353 ISDN: Open the menu and choose Bluetooth. Confirm with OK.
Now open the menu Reg.BTdevice. Confirm with OK.
Choose the option GSM phone an confirm again with OK. Please pay attention, that only one
mobile phone can be registered to the Gigaset SX353 ISDN. Is there already registered one,
and you try to register another one, you get the error message Reg. procedure canceled. In
this case you have to de-register the present mobile phone by using the option De-reg.
BTdevice.
Confirm the option Reg.BTdevice with OK. The Gigaset displays Registration proced.
running. The Gigaset SX353 stays for one minute in this condition.
At the mobile phone (Description example with Siemens S55):
Menu >> Setup >> Select >> Connectivity >> Select >> Bluetooth (please activate) >>
Options >> Search for ... >> Access. >> (the Gigaset SX353 ISDN will be found) >> Select
>> Enter PIN: 0000 (if you did not change it. Otherwise use your personal code) >> OK
By pressing the red call end key you get back to idle mode. Now you will see the bluetooth
connection symbol, the same you see at the Gigaset SX353 ISDN between the date and the
clock display.
The mobile phone connects itself automatically to the SX353 ISDN, if bluetooth is activated.
Note:
A Siemens S55 should contain at least the firmware version 20.
For your Gigaset SX353 ISDN there is a version 26.204 for best Bluetooth
performance.
