No coffee comes out or very slowly:
-
Make sure that there is water in
the tank and that this has been
fitted correctly.

Make sure that the filter holder is
fitted correctly.
The Espresso had no crema enough:
-
Try a finer Espresso ground
coffee.

Tamp down the coffee again.

Make sure that the cream disc is
correctly in place.

Ensure the Espresso ground
coffee is fresh.
No steam comes out:

Make sure that there is water in
the tank.

Make sure that the steam nozzle
is not blocked.
The pump makes too much noise:

Make sure that there is water in
the tank and that this has been
fitted correctly.
The milk is not very frothy:

Use fresh cold milk.

Ensure that the holes (3A) are not
clogged.
The milk does not froth:

Clean the cappuccino accessory
and ensure that the holes (3A) are
