tws T8 Important Notes & Trouble Shootings

In order to make sure that you can smoothly use the T8 wireless headphone, please
view following important operating instructions and possible trouble shootings.
Hope they will help, but email us again if you're still having any difficulties.

How to pair

① Take out headphone from charging case
Notes:
They will automatically power on and enter into pairing
(voice prompts: "Power on" "Pairing")
mode.
If two headphones are taken out, they will pair with each
other automatically.

Trouble Shootings

Only can connect one headphone, how to pair two headphones together?
In normal situation, two earphones automatically pair with each other when you
turn them on. If they do not pair with each other, please:
Delete headphone's connecting records on your phone.

2. Take out two headphones at the same time.
Put two headphones on your ears, you will hear "power on" "pairing".

4. Single tap left-headphone's touch button several times until you hear voice
prompts "Left channel" "Right channel", it means left and right headphones
pair with each other successfully. (The left-headphone is master headphone.
Single tap left one in pairing mode would make it search and connect right
headphone.)
Enable phone's Bluetooth to search name "T8" and select it. When you hear

voice prompt "second device connected", it means two headphones connect
with your phone successfully. (The "first device" is the right headphone)
If above steps still do not work, please try to restore them into factory setting: Put
two headphones into the charging case. Triple-tap the touch control area quickly
while the indicator glows red. The indicator light will flash twice quickly and goes
off for one second after restoring successfully.
