My MiniPro diffuser only runs for 10 seconds at a time, is this normal. I cannot smell the scent of the oil.

The Aroma360 Mini360 diffuser has preset scenting intervals, such as diffusing for 40 seconds and pausing for 160 seconds at 20% setting, or diffusing for 180 seconds and pausing for 10 seconds at 95%.
