This Section describes the methods of checking and maintenance of radar adjustments and
installation that are performed by a person in charge of service through the service menus at the
installation of this equipment.
Adjustments must not be performed during navigation.
Any adjustments may affect the radar functions, causing an accident or a failure.
5.1 Installation Setting Menu
The installation setting menu comprises three submenus, adjustment, installation, and
maintenance inspection. A password is necessary to display an installation setting menu.
[Operation procedure]

Select the [Menu] button.

Select [Code Input].
A password input screen is opened.

Enter a password in the password input screen and verify the input by pressing
[Enter].
Enter a password for the installation setting extended menu.
When the password is unavailable, refer to "Section 4 Installation" of the 5400 Series,
Navigation Information Display Installation Guide.

Select the [Menu] button.
[Installation Setting] is added inside of the menu. When the [Installation Setting] button is
added, the button remains displayed until the display is returned to the mode selection
screen.

Select [Installation Setting].
Submenu items, [Adjustments], [Installation], and [Maintenance Inspection], are displayed.
Select one of the items according to the purpose.
