  • Page 3 INTRODUCTION: USE AND CONSERVATION OF THE MANUAL The dosing grinder is an appliance for coffee bean grinding therefore any other use will be considered unsuitable and hazardous. The user must be an adult. He must comply with the safety regulations in force, ensuring that routine maintenance and cleaning are carried out regularly.
  • Page 4 FUNTIONING Coffee grinding adjustment (to be always carried out by authorized and qualified personnel) The grinding adjustment must be carried out when the grinder is in function. -to obtain a finer grinding size, rotate the regulation handle clockwise (towards /-); -to obtain a larger grinding size, rotate the regulation handle anti-clockwise (towards /+);...
  • Page 5 Hopper Remove the hopper (removing the fixing screw using the special tool) and wash it using neutral soap and water, rinse abundantly with lukewarm water and dry it perfectly. We suggest to clean the hopper periodically. After cleaning, place the hopper in its location and fix it the screw. Grinding system Disconnect the grinder.

  • Page 7 10) SAFETY SYSTEMS The following safety system are placed on this grinder: One (1) safety screw for hopper blockage placed on the hopper spout dial which must NEVER be removed during the normal use of the grinder. Two (2) fixing screws of the funnel lid which must NEVER be removed during the normal use of the grinder. An anti-access coffee exit protection inside the hopper.
