Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the shortcuts panel, then touch and hold
the Mobile data icon to enter the Mobile network settings screen, and re-enable Mobile data.

Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel, and then enable Airplane
mode. Wait for a while, disable Airplane mode, and try accessing the Internet.

Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the shortcuts panel, then touch and hold
the Mobile data icon to enter the Mobile network settings screen, and touch Access Point
Names. Then touch

Contact your carrier to check whether you are in arrears or the data package is used up.

Move to an area with good signal strength and try again. Some areas may not have access to
the Internet due to poor signal coverage or the influence of a base station.

Restart your phone and try again.

Go to Settings > System > System update to check for updates. If your phone is not running
the latest version, back up your data, update your phone, and try again.
