The VDP is provided by the IPC via the GIGASTAR interface with a
voltage of 24 VDC. The maximum power consumption is 2 A.
Only if a Y-Repeater is used, the VDP has to be separately provided with
a voltage of 24 VDC (see chapter "24 VDC Power Supply on page 7-2).
