If the unstable state of the input voltage exceeds the allowable limits, it is impossible then for the machine tool to achieve the rated horsepower of the machine tool. The machine tool can be running normally, but it is in no way to transfer the power as indicated. The reliable ground is a guarantee for the personal safety and the safe operation of the machine.

electronic circuit board has a protective function, if accelerating too quickly, it may cause a circuit failure, while the lathe will not start. 3.Having lasted in this way for 1-2 minutes, the spindle speed is increased gradually from the lowest speed and runs for a few minutes before stopping. Stop the machine tool and check all parts, so as to make sure that everything works smoothly.

chuck and a 4-jaw chuck shall be mounted to fulfill the job. ☞ Three is always a small jerking motion in the 3-jaw chuck. When the 3-jaw chuck is used to clamp the workpiece, it is recommended to measure the concentricity of it. If the test value is too high, it is recommended to use a 4-jaw chuck instead of the 3-jaw chuck, use a concentricity meter for a test and adjust the workpiece until its best position is achieved.
