My **** has stopped working, and only one of the three lights is illuminated. I have inspected and I believe the system needs cleaning. The **** was installed by an electrician, so I do not know how to remove the cover (I have tried several times) with the power off at the mains. Can you assist? The model number (I believe is 31500.
