GETTING STARTED The WBU-800 is equipped with a built-in rechargeable lithium battery and is connected with two solar panels that trickle charge the built-in lithium battery when sunlight is available. This will minimize or eliminate the need to manually charge the unit during the year. - Page 6 GETTING STARTED Charge The Camera 1. TEST THE CAMERA / PAIRING Test the Camera Prior to attaching the license plate to your vehicle, follow the steps below to ensure pairing between the backup camera and monitor. 1. Can backup camera be paired to iPhone?
I can't tell if the USB cable is charging the camera. I installed it anyway and it has 1 bar. It seems like the cable enclosed doesn't fit right
To check if the USB cable is charging the Whistler WBU-800 camera properly, follow these steps:
1. Connect the supplied USB cord to the micro USB port of the camera.
2. Plug the USB cable into a standard USB charger with an output of 500mA or higher.
