Probable Cause
A. Main gas supply line valve Is
CLOSED.
B. Fryer gas valve is CLOSED.
C. Flame Sensor faulty, dirty or
mis-aligned.
D. Incorrect gas pressure.
E. Orifice size incorrect.
F. Faulty Gas Control Valve.
G. Faulty Ignitor.
H. Faulty Ignition Module.
I. Faulty Gas Valve Transformer.
J. Dirty burner.
A. Drain Valve open.
B. Loose wiring.
C. Low oil level
D. Heat exchanger exceeded max
temp
E. Fryer is in FILTER MODE
Troubleshooting
Repair Procedure
Open gas valve.
Move gas valve handle to [OPEN]
position.
Clean, adjust or replace Flame
Sensor.
Correct gas pressure.
Install proper orifice.
Replace Gas Valve.
Replace Ignitor.
Replace Ignition Module.
Check & replace Transformer
Clean burner
Close valve completely.
Check & repair wiring.
Add oil to FULL level.
Allow unit to cool, error will
automatically clear.
