To remove the drawer fittings for IKEA RATIONELL drawers (2008/2009 and later series):
1. Access the Adjustment Screws – Remove the latches on both sides of the drawer to pull out the drawer front.
2. Locate the Locking Mechanism – Identify the white plastic "shark fin" at the bottom, which locks into a darker grey counterpiece in the runners.
3. Release the Lock – Use a small flat screwdriver to gently move the nipple or tongue out of its counterpiece. It will snap out, allowing the drawer to be removed.
4. Be Gentle – Avoid using force to prevent damage.
