- Page 5 GLIDER ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BACK Sticker Select 1 Backrest, 3 Glider Base Assembly, A bolt (x2), D wrench. On the back of the seat support, align the backrest to the seat support and make sure the curve ends of backrest match the seat support.
