Trouble shooting
Problem
Dehumidifying

than usual .

on the new

Check
• Check whether the
filter is blocked by
dust.
• Check whether
indoor temperature
is lower than 18 °C.
• This is normal operation as hot breeze is generated in
dehumidifying operation. Therefore, do not worry about
product malfunction for this.
• The humidity can be different depending on the location
where you measure or types of sensors.
• Check that the
sound like knocking
is generated.
• Check whether
the nonstop drain
hose is loosely
connected.
• The condensation generated from the product quality test
may remain on the water container. Therefore, do not worry
about product malfunction for this.

Solution
• Clean the air inlet at the rear side of
the product and the air filter.
• If the indoor temperature is lower
than 18 °C, the dehumidifying
performance of the product might
be less effective. (Dehumidifying
function does not work during the
defrost operation.)
• When a turning motor operates
according to the default settings,
the sound like knocking is
generated. Therefore, do not worry
about the product malfunction for
this.
• Insert the nonstop drain hose
tightly so that the hose is not
disconnected.
