Troubleshooting

Problem
The flash window
does not flash.
The flash preparation
time is long.
The power turned off
after all lamps blinked
and the appliance
beeped twice.
The power turned off
during use.

Action
Check that the level indication
lamp (blue) has changed
from blinking to glowing.
Press the flash switch
perpendicularly against the
skin until it flashes. (See
page 35.)
If 10 continuous flashes have
been emitted, temporarily
move the appliance away
from the skin.
The flash preparation time
may become longer to
prevent the main body from
overheating.
Use the appliance in an
ambient temperature
approximately 5 °C or higher.

For safety reasons, the power
will turn off automatically if
the appliance is not used for
approximately 1 minute after
the power is turned on.
Turn the power on again.
Problem
The appliance can
only be used a few
times after charging.
The appliance does not
operate even after
pressing the power
switch.
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the store
where you purchased the unit or a service center
authorized by Panasonic for repair.

Battery life

Approximately 3 years.
If the operating time is significantly shorter even after a full
charge, the battery has reached the end of its life.
(The battery life may change due to usage and storage
conditions.)
The battery in this appliance is not intended to be replaced
by consumers. Have the battery replaced by an authorized
service center.

Press and hold the power
switch (for approximately
3 seconds) when turning the
power on.
