1. Lay out components and check all are present. For 3ft frame skip next steps and go to 4. 2. Line up Centre Beam bracket with pre-drilled holes in Head/Foot Beams...

3. Screw in 4 Small Screws at both ends. 4. Line up the Side Beams with the Head/Foot Beams.

5. Screw in 3 corners using the button head Torx screws and Torx Screwdriver...

6. Insert plastic Slat Mounts into cut outs on Side Beams. 7a. For 4ft to 6ft frame: Build up adjustable slats. You will need 1 x Standard Slat, 2 x Half Slats and 4 x Adjustment Sleeves per adjustable slat.

7b. For 3ft frame: Build up adjustable slats. You will need 1 x Standard Slat with 2 rebates, 1 x Adjustable Slat with 1 rebate and 2 x Adjustment Sleeves. 8. Position one Half Slat (4ft to 6ft) or one adjustable slat (3ft) beneath the Standard Slat as shown.

9. Slide over the Adjustment Sleeves. For 3ft frame skip next step and go to 10. 10. Repeat with opposite side of the slat. Repeat with another 3 slats.

11. Begin to position slats in frame. 4 Standard Slats to begin with. 12. Using the same method position the 4 adjustable slats.

13. Position the remaining Standard Slats using the same method.

14. Using the Torx button head screws, attach the final corner of the frame ensuring all slats slot into Slat Mounts . 15. Flip the frame over and screw in the remaining Small Screws into the corner mounts.

16. Repeat with all 4 corners. For 3ft frame skip next step and go to 19. 17. Insert the Countersunk Long Screws into the centre rail.

18. Screw Support Rod into position on Centre Rail. 19. Screw Support Rod into position on Side beams using the Countersunk Long Screws.
