When I turn on the H6 it will not go past the initial display screen. Please see attached picture. It will not power off. I have to remove batteries and or pull power cord. It stays stuck on the main screen. I have removed batteries and so card. I have power through the plug in Electricity. It has never done this before. Please help!

The Zoom H6 may not turn on due to issues with the power source. Possible reasons include:
1. Battery Type Mismatch: If the wrong battery type is set in the menu (MENU > SYSTEM > Battery), the device may not display the correct charge level or function properly. Use alkaline or rechargeable NiMH batteries and set the correct type in the menu.
2. Faulty Batteries or Power Supply: Ensure the batteries are fresh or fully charged. If using AC power, make sure the dedicated AC adapter (ZOOM AD-17) is properly connected to the USB port.
3. SD Card Issues: A problematic SD card may prevent startup. Format the SD card using MENU > SD CARD > Format before use.
If none of these steps work, the device may require servicing.
