Two-stage working operation of the boiler with help of the HIGH-LOW coil. Besides of that, VIADRUS GARDE G42 ECO boilers are combined with a possibility of connection of VIADRUS OV 100 L stationary water heater.

    Regulation Control, safety and regulation elements The boiler is supplied without a superior regulation and is equipped with a control panel with control, safety and regulation elements. The manufacturer does not recommend operation of the boiler without regulation. A version without regulation is determined for customers who have their own system for boiler control.
  • Page 8 Polidoro ignition pilot burner Ignition and monitoring of burner operation is carried out with help of an ignition pilot burner. In case of requirement for ignition of the main burner, after the lapse of the waiting time T = 1, the built-in igniter will be switched-on and the gas valve of the ignition pilot burner will be opened.

    Heater construction To the VIADRUS GARDE G42 ECO boiler, you can also order VIADRUS OV 100 L separate stack heater for a preferential domestic hot water preparation. The reservoir is thermally insulated with polyurethane and its internal surface is coated by double enameled layer which guarantees a long service life.

    Positioning and installation Regulations and directives Boiler can be installed by a company holding a valid license to install and maintain the gas appliances. A project according to the valid regulations must be prepared for installation. The heating system has to be filled up with water, which complies with requirements of ČSN 07 7401, and mainly its hardness mustn't exceed the required parameters.

    Possibilities of placement Boiler can be installed in the basic environment AA5/AB5 according to ČSN 33 2000-1 ed. 2. 2. It must not be installed in zones 0,1,2 according ČSN 33 2000-7-701 ed. 2. The boiler is equipped with a flexible mains connection and a fork. According to ČSN EN 60 335–1 ed. 2, art. 7.12.4, the boiler has to be placed so that the fork is accessible.

    Heating systems with an open expansion tank enable direct contact of heating water with the atmosphere. Within the heating period, expanding water in the tank absorbs oxygen that increases corrosion effects and at the same time water is being significantly evaporated. Only water prepared to the valued according to ČSN 07 7401 may be used for addition.

    Perform setting and adjustment of the thermal power of the boiler according to chapter 11.3. To perform a heating test, please switch- over the regulator to the "sweeper" operation mode. The boiler is being operated in this mode on the nominal power, independent on the regulator settings.

    Defects and their removal The defects can only be eliminated by a trained contractual service organization which is also obliged to enter the repair in the warranty certificate. The defects marked with symbol “*„ can be eliminated by the user himself. If the safety thermostat or the flue gases reverse flow safety device get repeatedly blocked, it is also necessary to call a contractual service worker.
